do french sounding names allow you to charge more? over priced for a sandwich shop. the food took forever to be served both times i ate there. never again.

Imagine this schmuck Colicchio criticizing chefs on his TV show, when his own joint can't build a decent enough sandwhich to satisfy a simple lunch craving. Yeah, the food is fresh and the sandwhiches are interesting, but if I pay $12 after eating one of his freakin' sandwhiches, I shouldn't leave the place feeling as if I'm hungry and ready to start eating. What a rip-off.
