The food and decor are very nice but the service definitely needs improvement. We had a terrible experience in which the sushi was not what we ordered and when we asked for it to be redone, it never made a reappearance. The owner was not apologetic in the least. He just ignored us for the rest of the evening. It's a real shame that a kosher establishment as nice as this one has lost a customer due to poor customer service. Also, it's a bit pricey

We tried to book a party there. We had a tasting which was wonderful, but they never returned our calls.

They can't decide if they are "japs" or JAPS! Who ever heard of kosher sushi? They claim to have rolls with crab but it's really Krab. They need to pick a theme or food type and stick to it,

Very average food, Kosher can be so much more exciting. The ambience reminded me of a mourgue, actually there are probably more living people in a morgue...
