We loved this restaurant when it first opened and came for dinner and also late. But this year, we've not been there once. Why might that be? Maybe it's a one liner? I don't know. I just was thinking about it. I love each of the parts but the sum might just be boring.

In my opinion, the highest quality of food in the city. Service is good and unpretentious, and the small portions allow you to try many things. Just make sure that you bring your first-born to cover the check.

In stark contrast to the London and Paris L'Atelier locations, the famed bar area is rather miniscule. The restaurant itself is a little jewel box, and the staff is exceptional. The tasting menu and wine pairing were well worth the exorbitant price tag, but some dishes were rather lackluster in comparison to other Robuchon locations. Still a safe bet and a terrific meal.
