I cant beleive how disapointing this restaurant was. First off for an expensive restaurant I was seated next to the bar and felt like I was in a cheap sports bar with people hooting and hollering. It took 15 minutes for a waiter to bring me a drink and take our order. The salad bar was small and had very few choises. Had to ask for the gauchos with the meat to come over as we didn't see them either. What a waste of money I will never go back!

My wife and I had a wonderful Dinner here. The meats were full of flavor,the Filet Mignon was great as was the leg of Lamb. A nice surprise was the offering of grilled pineapple, very tasty and refreshing. The salad bar is one of the best I have seen. The staff was friendly and very attendtive. If you are a meat lover this is the place, the salad bar should please everyone.

Visited Pampas during summer 08 - AWFUL experience. Waiter ignored us, their "parade" of meats consisted of 3 varieties, unlike their menu boasted, also they listed seafood on their website menu but the waiter at the location said they've NEVER served it that way. He refused to even listen. Food was okay, can't compare to brazilian steakhouse we visit in Houston. We will NEVER even contemplate eating here again.

WOW a meat and seafood extravanga. I have in LV for 5 days and wished i came here the first day as I would of came back at least two more times. The price, quality of food and service is second to none I could not believe this place can make a profit and it was very busy. My server was very attentive and there were 10 more other servers that keep bring us meats and seafood. I am in love with Brizalin food and will be back in three months

Of all the restaurant I visited in Las Vegas, Pampas gave me the most bang for the buck and great experience. The best highlights were the steaks and desserts. I would say service was good but could improve. Overall a great experience. All you can eat seafood was my top choice. Other plus was the free valet. In Las Vegas free valets are a premium.
