The food is pretty good overall, but Coal Vines has better pizza. Try to avoid sitting under the railing of the second floor balcony - each time we have been there either somebody has spilled a drink onto the people below or in one visit a glass dropped and almost hit somebody. The rooftop bar is OK as long as you like to look at air conditioning units or a parking garage.

Food and service were fine. I found the restaurant to be VERY LOUD. If there were danciing monkeys it would have felt like you were having pizza at Chuck E Cheese. It is all tile and for some reason the chairs scraping on the floor, dishes clanging, voices boucing off walls was very distracting and produced a very hectic dining environment. There were 4 of us at a small square table and we had to shout to hear each other early on Sat. night.

New Southlake location busy, but service is terrible and pizzas not up to standard. Ingredients fresh, but dough is very tough and chewy. Tomato sauce underwhelms. Servers failed to deliver appetizer and then salads and pizza arrived at same time. No apologies. Another visit, gave wrong pizzas on takeout and when returned passed off reheated cold pizzas as freshly made. Again no apologies. Two strikes and your out!

Good New York pizza at 4x the price. For true thin crust, try Coal Vines. Those who have spent anytime in Italy will know the difference.
