friendly service, well thought out dishes...try the parpadelle with duck, whimsical desserts.....worth every cent....great experience

This is one of the few Boston area restaurants where we will simply refuse to go in the future,(after at least 6 separate visits). That's because, despite pretty good food, the management of the restaurant has never learned that they're in business because of customers, not in spite of them. This is particularly true of the managers/hostesses, who act like they're doing you a favor to take your reservation, or treat you graciously.

It's hard to find a restaurant that is not noisy. This one is average in this category. The menu has staple Italian dishes, for folks that are afraid of trying something new, and new recipes. I've tried duck with pasta and cherries. Excellent ! I recommend it to everyone. Also tried pizza, made with very fresh ingredients that made a positive difference. The service was as good with attention to detail.
