First restaurant to receive the 5 star diamond award in the Hamptons! Since the management team formally of Cipriani came on board it is now our NEW favorite and is price right! The service is like being in Venice Harry bar as are the Belini's and the food. Outstanding. Love Pietro, the most gracious host! Bravo Matto! The Bransino, filet by table-side is by far the best I have ever had. Pasta was great and so was the stuff avocado with crab. Yum

The NEW Matto is amazing! The management and new chef all formailly from Cipriani. Finally the Hamptos has a place that is chic, casual and has great food without the Cipriani prices! Pietro the manager is gracious and from Soho Cipriani in NYC. The owner is the same, but this time she fot it right. Try fresh Branzino, that is filet table side. Try any of the specials!! delightful. If your not in the mood for a table, sit at the pizza-bar! HOT!

Very welcoming, however, pricey Italian for what you get.
