I am a petite woman and I NEVER walk away from a meal hungry....I walked away hungry from Craft after a $60 lunch. The food was good (although I felt everything had too much oil), but the potions were tiny. I ordered salmon which was no more than 3 ounces. I felt this placed was INCREDIBLY over priced for the quality of food and the portion size. The only real redeeming characteristic - interesting fruit options for dessert

Underdressed salad. The dressing was bland. Frissee salad was just like a bunch of bitter herbs on a plate with virtually no other flavor. My fish was over-cooked, dry, the sauce was not good and the waiter never came to check on us despite the fact that the restaurant was about 1/5 full. The sweet corn was great though and the desserts were good. I felt sorry for the guy who was shelling out all that $ for my birthday dinner.

IFOUND THIS RESTAURANT TRUELY WONDERFUL . FINE INGREDIENTS AND VERY GOOD SERVICE. ALL THE STAFF FOR LUNCH WERE PROPERLY TRAINED YET "NICE" JUST NICE NO ATTITUDE . THE DECOR IS BEATIFULLY EXECUTED. THE GRITS THEY SERVE ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE THE TRIP FROM LONG BEACH TO L.A. I WILL ON MY NEXT VISIT BRING A GUEST. I WAS PERFICTLY COMFORTABLE READING MY BOOK AND SAVORING MY MEAL.

The lunch prix fixe menu was okay. The duck confit was extremely salty. I had great expectations and was a little dissapointed

Very chic power scene but just not enough food. They suggest you order to share and when you do you can only do so with 2 or 3 people. I would suggest sticking to a traditional odering format and ordering both an appetizer and entree as well as a side. Everything is good but undersized and I am not into big portions at all...it's just that this was the extreme opposite. The service was very professional and nice. Expensive for what you get.
