This chain offers reliable sichuan dishes that are freshly prepared and not overly spicy for western palates. The fried duck was better than any Peking duck we tried in Beijing. The hot soy bean soup with the toppings was a perfect complement to a great meal. The service was top notch.

Competes with FeiTengYuXiang for the best classic Sichuan in a modern setting. Great water-boiled fish and ma-po tofu. Usually a line, but definitely worth it.
