Chef seems to be unaware of the fact that different items in a seafood soup need different cooking times. The result is best described by Goldilocks. The waiter did nothing when I complained.

Was in the Houston area for business just after hurricane Ike. Found this place on line and have to admit food was excellent. The mussels were out of this world, I think I ate all the bread on the table with this dish. Main course and wine was very good also. Prices were reasonable. I will seek this place out again when I get back to Houston
