Highland Park housewives best kept secret is absolutely hands down the BEST fried chicken in Dallas. Don't be afraid of the low tech environment or drive thru window. No need for dessert, the warm fresh yeasty rolls and honey due the trick.

Best chicken fried steak in Dallas and the best gravy I have ever had! Great Art Deco building also.

Great fried chicken, mashed potatos and rolls! But c'mon, extra charges for coke refills! Give me a break!

Three slow circumnavigations of the block before finding a parking space a block away led me to believe the fried chicken would be as good as everyone said. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the relatively bland product. I don't care for spicy fried chicken but Popeye's regular chicken beats Bubba's. I will go back to sample the fried catfish.
