Relatively upscale mall food. A nice stop if you happen to be at the mall but not a destination restaurant by any means. Food is above par, cocktails are creative and tasty but very small for the price, the dcor is nice but noisy and service is agonizingly slow.

They think a little to highly of themselves. Food was good not great. Prices were high and they very inflexible when it came to substitutions. decor was nice. Has a chain store feel.

plenty to choose from, nice place, if a bit noisy.

Giving this place zeros across the board b/c of their horrendous management/customer service. We planned a night out with friends around having a late dinner at the Met following a movie at a nearby cinema. We arrived there at 8:40 (20 min's before their advertised closing/last seating) to have the hostess tell us they'd decided to close the kitchen early b/c it was slow, but we could sit at the bar and drink if we wanted (?!).

The Met Bar in Chestnut Hill is much better than the one in the Natick Mall. The flattened chicken is pretty good, although a tad salty. Good fries. The hamburgers at the Natick location are fair at best and the service can be very slow, at both locations.
