Pacific Grill has high quality steaks and fish, with a few variations from classic american fare. They shine with their appetizers, like their meat candy, prosciutto wrapped dates, sweet and salty all in one bite. Rather than being exceedingly inventive, however, they maintain their reputation with expensive ingredients, i.e. lobster, filet mignon, etc.

Ah, the PG... where to start? Chef Naccarato pours his heart and soul into this place, and it shows. The scallops are absolutely amazing, best I've ever encountered. I love the sweet fries, and the rest of the bar food is extremely popular. There are a variety of dishes ranging from oyster shooters (if you're into that) to filet mingon to wild Alaskan King Salmon. Wait times and service varies.

We had not tried this restaurant before but did last night. Our server was excellent, the food great, prices a bit high, especially for wine.

Dropped in while spending the weekend in Tacoma. We were very pleased with the food, the service and the decor. It's a real wonderful find for Tacoma. Check it out -- you won't be disappointed.
