Zagat dwellers have it right. This chain of ecletic entres and many cheesecakes is a '2' across the board. If you've never eaten at a Cheesecake Factory it is a cut above other chains in both food and cost. Service with depend on how the dice land and whether there's a final that week.

Great atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. Food servings are gigantic. Menu is overwhelming. Cheesecake is the best!

Good food, fabulous decor, average service. Nice bar area with big screen TV for sports. Dining area fairly noisy. If you are not ok with waiting a good length of time this isn't the place for you.

I love the Cheesecake Factory. That's why it was too bad that the one put in in OKC has horrible service (3 times) and marginal food. The best part was the cheesecake - which isn't made on site. First time my husband went the manager sat at his table 2 tables away and did nothing about the 45 minute wait to get their drinks. They finally had to go to the bar to get their drinks themselves.

The food was great; however, the service was spotty both times I went. The last time i went my order was wrong, drink service was slow and it toook over an hour to get my food.
