I went to the Boston Haru because the Times Square Haru is one of my favorite sushi places. Unfortunately, the Boston one is a far cry in terms of its sushi. While the menu is substantially the same, the quality of fish and the quality of the sushi chef are far below the NYC location. Save your money and go elsewhere in Boston.
Amazing service by our waitress, Liz (Elizabeth). She was incredibly attentive and even anticipated our inquiries and offered excellent pairings of wine and cocktails and was always happily available irregardless of the fact that it was very busy. I go out a lot and haven't had such a great first impression in a very long time- Highly recommend Haru!!
Worst sushi place that I've visited.
Trying to get its groove in the city dining scene. Feels kind of like a hotel restaurant.
great sushi spot and cool ambience
