Roasted leg of lamb, lemon sole with toasted pine nuts in lobster sauce and roasted pork in creamy mushroom sauce are good choices when offered at holiday buffets. Splendid view. Difficult location to reach especially if coming from the Hudson Valley or almost any point west. Get driving directions before going.
