Replacing the fancy but aging Chartwell's, Yew is the restaurant for you ;-) A few menu items remain from Chartwell's; most, however, are new to Yew; all are absolutely delicious :-) The "red salad" and "green salad", while sounding gimicky, actually taste great. In building "Yew", the 4 Seasons has made great use of B.C.'s rich wood resources; one table is even made from a huge slice of tree.

A little lobster roll and a martini with blue cheese olives...what could be better at 3:00pm.

The interior is uniquely Pacific-Northwest and looks amazing during brunch. Their brunch buffet choices are plentiful and not limited to the usual.
