noisy, crowded tables, food has deteriorated since opening, have eaten here several times. Compared to other P F Changs (Bellvue, Palm Springs, Vegas) this one is definitely the poorest restaurant.

Best Chinese food I've ever tasted in my life! Nicely decorated but very poorly designed. It's extremely noisy, some may find it too dark, and there's a small wall on one side of the bar next to a register that blocks the staff's view. We sat at a table right next to it and saw 2 collisions because of this, one resulting in broken glass everywhere. Staff members are very nice, but the portions are tiny and the price very high for this area.
