The service was so poor, the food so ordinary and the booth so uncomfortable I would have preferred to have eaten at a Taco Bell.

Modern decor is elegant and sparse; the mess that is Mission Street is covered by curtains. The menu is limited but an interesting mix of Californian/French/Asian fusion; the presentations are exquisite even if the portions are somewhat small (you won't walk out of here stuffed.)The wine list has some interesting choices but it's a bit pricy. It's a nice addition to the dining scene around Yerba Buena performing arts complex.

Over-rated. I'm surprised at the rave reviews from some people. The fish was overcooked on both plates. The flavors were somewhat bizarre in 3 out of 4 dishes we tried. The chestnut ravioli were cold and too sweet. The wine list was fantastic, though. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I just wish the food was as good as the staff.
