Named as a tribute to the Cezayir (Algeria) Street, which was controversially attempted to be renamed Fransiz (French) Street for a while after a boutique street revitalization project around the corner, this is a sumptuous and chic restaurant with the usual mix of ambitious ambience and food without too much obnoxious self-consciousness. Nice bar atmosphere, later at night, too.
a good address in the old city, but nothing special. try the kofte.
