Absolutely fabulous restaurant. The food was superb, with innovative combinations. For example, the amuse bouche was steak tartare made with some orange zest - incredible. The best meal we had in Italy and one of the best meals we've had anywhere in the world.

Great looking place in Rome, but you can find better food for less.

Absolutely charming. Although the food is outstanding and delicate, it comes with a predicatable (albeit, worth it) bite to your wallet.

Tucked away inside a 15th century palazzo in Rome’s Trastevere quarter, Glass Hosteria is a surprisingly well-executed tribute to modern design and artisanal cuisine. Soaring ceilings, warm lighting, and a partial glass floor set the mood for something different from the usual. Dishes are creative combining traditional cuisine with inventive. Choose between Duck a l’orange or a Foie gras Burger. Homemade breads are served fresh out of a wood
