I've eaten lunch here twice and regretted it, I don't know why so many people seem to love this place. The dishes I ordered (the namesake Cabrito and the Carnitas) were not to my taste at all. My friend ordered the chicken, which came with amazingly delicious rice. But the prices are ridiculous for the small portions you get, I won't rush to go back.

For many visits, it was consistently friendly and welcoming and I appreciated the effort with the food. They must be getting all the business they want now because that openness has utterly evaporated.

When did this place become a Bridge and Tunnel crowd? Drinks are ok but pricy; food is average. Convenient location, but I could do without all the people from New Jersey.

I ordered a pitcher of Margarita's - an average sized pitcher so filled with ice there was hardly any room for any actual liquid in it. AND THEY CHARGE $60 (SIXTY!!!) dollars for a pitcher! And it tasted terrible - like the most chemical tasting pure-sugar powdered mix I have ever had. Cabrito-tal rip off!

inventive and modern tacos with the goat taco as a highlight. surprising sides like spicy brussel sprouts with bacon hit the mark.
