OK so they are a chain... big deal. Philly has no good barbecue, so Dave's gets to be #1. The St. Louis Style Ribs are phenomenal, better than the baby backs. Either type of pork ribs are simply the best available outside of the barbecue states. The only bad item is the corn-on-the-cob which is always aweful. I don't dig the decor, and the servers are hardly professional, but who cares when the barbecue is this good. Chicken is also great, fish i
