I travel to Chicago almost weekly on business and regularly visit the city's fine steak houses. Ajasteak at the gorgeous dana hotel offers a completely new and exciting twist on traditional steakhouse fare. Both the Kobe fillet mignon and Waygu carpaccio were outstanding! Great sushi too! Ajasteak at the dana - true excitement in dining!

I have lived in Chicago for years and I have never experienced anything like Ajasteak before! Everything was just amazing! The iceberg salad with the bacon is to die for!!! The steak, one of the best I have ever had! The atmosphere is chic and modern but at the same time you're able to feel very comfortable. The sushi was also to die for. Cannot wait to go back.

I live in Los Angeles and have never been to a steakhouse like Ajasteak. I eat in a lot of restaurants and the experience in this restaurant was wonderful. The steak was cooked to perfection. The service was great and dining in a dining room with ambiance made it a perfect evening. It would be nice to have this restaurant in Los Angeles. This is definitely a winner........................The negative reviews I have read are ridiculous.

Our vistit was absolutley incredible. Although a lot of steak houses claim that they have kobe steak it is often "kobe style" or an american version. This is the real deal and worth every penny! Truly sublime! The room is to die for, and it's nice to have this intecsw of a dining experience in a cool and hip environment. Ajasteak is officially on our list!!!!

Couldn't agree more with the negative reviews. Absolute worst kobe steak that I've tried, I highly doubt it was kobe beef, it had no tenderness whatsoever. Waitstaff is embarassingly unqualified they were so slow in seating and serving us and they have no idea about the wine they serve. And for the trifecta they overcharged us on the bill which took another half and hour before they realized their mistake. Worst steakhouse in chicago by far!
