Came here for the lunch buffet and for dinner. Buffet was better than average and was a great value. The dinner had some hits and misses and compared to the buffet, was substantially more expensive. Anyhow, food is good here. Chicken Vindaloo was the best dish I had here.

The ruby of Curry Hill. Upscale Indian to rival Tamarind and Tabla. Better for the young than those a little older in the evening. Very noisy at night. Best for wonderful buffet lunch.

"On a friend's recommendation, I tried the $10 lunch buffet and was transported back to the wonderful buffet at my favorite hotel in Shimla, India. Authentic and delicious. However, tonight I took my husband there for his birthday--what a mistake! The noise level was so horrible I couldn't even hear the waiter when he stood above my husband, across the table. The paratha was like raw dough. "

"The food here is really quite pathetic and should not even be described as Indian. The tandoori dishes had not been anywhere near a tandoor oven (or even a barbecue or char grill), and the chicken and shrimp dishes were clearly simply boiled and had a masala thrown on top. I would never suggest wasting your money here if you want real Indian food.? "
