Service needs some work. Pleasant but probably won't go back.

I have been here once for dinner and several times to the large modern lounge for cocktails and light fare. Service leaves much to be desired, but this is a great addition to the neighborhood with fun creations like the hoecakes.

They need to start from scratch. I had a terrible meal here.

The location is beautiful despite being in a hotel lobby; we had a wonderful table against the window. The hostess and servers were not well trained We started with the short ribs and crab cakes - which were fine, but I could have made better. The BBQ sauce tasted bottled and my biggest complaint for all of the food is that it just wasn't hot. We shared the whole trout and mac and cheese - both just OK. Overall, I was hugely disappointed.

Excellent food, trendy decor. Unfortunately service left much to be desired. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to take my order. It was not at all crowded. Wait staff seemed unattentive and disinterested in the diners. Too bad, the poor service detracted from what might have been a top notch dining experience.
