Another beautiful outstanding Jose Garces restaurant. We tasted many dishes and found all of them wonderful. Ceviche, Pork Belly, Pancake, Noodle and dessert were all great. Will return soon.

I went to Chifa knowing it was a Jose Garces restaurant with the same style of dinner as Amada. The only difference was Chifa's plate were much larger than Amada's. I wish I had known that before my family had ordered. We ordered a few too many entree's for our liken. The food was very good though. We did not complain once we got our food though. Mushrooms were amazing. Very good ceviche's. Do not get the lamb. Not worth the price.

Did not think it could be as amazingly great as sister Amada, but we were thrilled with every delectable plate that arrived at our table. The decor is uber cool, sleek and romantic. Service was splendid (and accommodated food allergies well).

Maybe we didn't order correctly, but food came across heavy and not varied; surprising lack of vegetables. Menu was not helpful; maybe I don't do "small plate" well - not easy to figure out what dishes might complement one another. Obviously we should have done the chef's tasting menu, but three choices with escalating prices turned us off; either have one tasting menu or none) - felt like the chef didn't really want to do them. Too noisy!
