We went to Giorgio Baldi last week and were beyond disappointed with the food and service. Ado made up for our horrible experience in every way. Both owners welcomed us with authentic italian charm. Our server was fantastic, helpful and informed. Each course was delicious in flavor and beautiful in presentation. The atmosphere was romantic and charming. The Tagliolini Rossi Con Ragu di quaglia in fondueta di taleggio was simply divine.

A bit hurried and harried. The wine selection was not inspired. A bit crowded and close, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Ado is a nice change to Venice. The food is exquisite and the service is pleasant. I eat out frequently and this will be a frequent stop for me. The Wild Boar was absolutely delicious.

We have some very good Italian food presently in Los Angeles and this restaurant is average among those very good restaurants. The chef is very talented but the food inconsistent. The room is VERY noisy. The service is earnest but lacking. Ridiculous one bottle limit on corkage. Will never return as a result. We get it. You think you know more about wine than we do. Newsflash- you don't. Management is very involved and friendly.

Hands down the best pasta in Los Angeles. Chef Antonio Mure is a great chef and Palolo is the best front of house I've ever seen. It gets hot upstairs, and very noisy, but the food and the service is worth it. My wife and I eat there once a week.
