Spectacular! Excellent! If you close I'm gonna show up at your house dinner.
Decent but not extraordinary Italian food with some innovative dishes. Servers tried hard, but still need some refinement. As with its predecessor, the space lacks warmth typically associated with an Italian restaurant.
The menu includes a fixed price menu, option to select three pastas for $20, or pizza for $13.. My pasta's sauces and fillings were fair to good; an Italian grandma would turn out more delicate pasta. Quail was slightly overcooked and could have used more sauce, but was fine, not special. You should have no problem finding great wine choices in the $25 range. Service was sometimes awkward but very earnest. We will return for pizza & salad.
Spot-on food but spotty service. Seafood in particular was fresh and flavorful. The menu has a lot of unique spins on traditional Italian dishes. This will become an Arlington gem once everything gets nailed down.
