I had one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant on the edge of Old Montreal.. A first course of grilled scallops and sweetbreads, topped with a sprinkling of chorizo and neonatal arugula salad was delicious and combined intricately distinct flavors. The main course was an absolutely perfectly prepared salmon fillet over fresh mixed vegetables. Exquisite. This is a place to savor your food -- "Bar" is a fish, not a watering hole.
