Had 2 pizzas and a side of broccoli rabe for about $50. The pizzas were small---personal sized really--and definitely not worth the price. There is too much pizza competition in Phila. for this place to get away with these prices. BTW, the broccoli rabe was excellent.

I'd like to declare subway tile officially over, except for actual subways. All pies are small--we each had one and took just a slice home. The four cheese pizza was one of the best I've had in the city. Thin, crispy crust and sharp, tasty cheese. The pepperoni didn't have quite the character of the four cheese, and the pepperoni and crust were both burnt around the edges. But I'll go back for the four cheese pie.

The annoyance at the extra 30 minutes we had to wait was mitigated by the two appetizers we were given for free once we were sat. Between the 6 of us, we ordered 5 pies. I thought all 5 were very well balanced. The crust and the sauce on the margherita were phenomenal. By far the highlight was the black truffle and egg-topped Tartufo. One of the better pizzerias in the area.

I ordered 3 pies - very inconsistent quality between the three. One was excellent, one was burnt and one had good flavor, once you took the burnt leafy toppings off. Plus, prices are absurd, at least 40% more than the quality allows for. Keep trying.

The pizza was very good although a bit overdone. The pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza was particularly good and of high quality. The lentil and sausage appetizer was superb. Who would have thought cinnamon would blend so nicely with lentils! And the sausage was fantastic.
