If you think you can get away withe the $58 cost in the Zagat listing, you're sadly mistaken. Regardless, this place is one of the best in Seattle. Imagine - waiters who actually know what they're doing, not to mention the outstanding steaks, salads, side dishes, appetizers, and the coconut-chocolate fudge sundae for dessert.

The bone-in ribeye has a nice crust, not too salty and is properly thick and juicy. However the non-bone-in was thinner, less juicy and no crust. Overall I was happy with the thicker bone-in, which is about $20 more than the regular.

My favorite of the Daniel's Broiler chain in Seattle. I've had lots of steak in my time, but Daniel's serves the BEST! It's juicy, truly flavorful, and always a great cut. Every table is dark and secluded...very Seattle! I love it!

I was disappointed to find that they only have valet service on weekends. A year ago we celebrated an anniversary in their private room. Wine was chosen three or four days ahead from their wine list. They didn't have it for our party. I would have thought that they would have held out at least 4 bottles for 20 people. We returned last night and again the wine was an issue. They had only one of my three choices from their list.

Erica Asahan wrote: Love the ambiance! The piano player is so superb! I am not a steak eater, but the lobster I had from here are just so sumptuous, it's second to none! ANd ofcourse, Thursday night is the best night! And the cosmo is not so bad either! And the service is first class!
