Food terrific. Service terrific. We were a table of 8 and they handled us very well. Wonderful pasta, great steak. Everyone else had a salad to start and a pasta or a chicken dish. Everyone was very happy. And we sat for a half hour after we were finished and drank coffee and talked on into the night. Really nice, casual Italian restaurant.

Faded glory. Don't go here. Arugula contained tasteless arugula, and the vinegarette was so infused with lemon, nothing else was taste-able. Veal parmigiana was worse than a frozen dinners; served on a cold plate. Barely warm to begin with, it was soon refrigerator-cold. The side dish of pasta was good, and probably 30 degrees warmer than the veal. Eggplant parmigiana was a textureless blob. Weirdly, the sides were good. We don't be back.

Everything about this place is perfect and the owner is friendly and the waiters extra helpful. The Host is sour and sadly I believe she is part of the ownership.

Arrive with expectations of greatness, leave knowing there are many pretenders and this is one. Certain dishes were good; the spinach antipasto; the rissotta special; the gelato. Bravo! The rest was disaster. We were seated in a closet -- really, a closet. The host vacuumed under out table, with us seated there. The waiters were either not present or completely unknowledgeable about the menu. Could have been so much better. Wierd.

The only downside to this place is how crowded the tables are - resulting in a very noisy atmosphere.
