I love breakfast meetings when I'm on the road and have enjoyed this room for 25 years. I don't know why I've never written about it before but breakfast is terrific and the tables are comfortably spaced so you can really talk. I only do this a couple of times/year so I order things I'd never otherwise eat like eggs benedict or the northwest version made from smoked salmon. An hour on the treadmill in the gym upstairs is a good idea.

Everything you could want an elegant restaurant to be. Wonderful food, incredibly service, a beautiful space. We learned a lot about what mushroom and tomatoes can be.

Probably the last truly elegant fine dining establishment in Seattle. While spendy, it is worth the splurge! Hopefully waiters at some of the other high-end places around town can come and learn what "service" really means!
