We arrived in Southampton past the magic hour of 9pm when most kitchens close. Barristers was one of the few open till 10pm where we could get a quick bit. Monday was Pasta night with passable shrimp and fettucine.

Good for a quick burger or salad. Unpretentious. Convenient location.

It's good for things like salads and burgers. Otherwise I only go for prime rib night which is worth the price. Not a big fan of the clique-ey crowd.
