Disappointing as I really wanted to enjoy my meal since I used to go to Le Chef on special occasions growing up. I had the Morroccan Lamb and my friend had the seafood pasta dish which were both on the prix fix menu. The lamb chunks were still cold so I had to send back, and when it finally came back, it was piping hot and overcooked. Sauce tasted of canned tomato paste. Perhaps we should have stuck with French Cuisine!

From the moment you walk in, you know you are going to come back. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff along with scrumptious French food, The bread is hot and crispy! Mussels in wine sauce or marinara, Walnut and almond crusted Flounder, Rack of lamb and super crispy Long Island Duckling is a must. A packed bar, good wine list and food that is cooked exactly the way you order it. How can you beat that and get to wear jeans?

Food is very consistance, service good, owners very friendly and interested in your reaction. Light French fair, sometimes very busy and you may have to wait even with a reservation.

very good prix fixe. Friendly! Narrow room, not very gracious but good and easy. A favorite of many locals. Good lunch!
