Oh American Pie. How I love your $11 early bird special. Your extra large bowl of soup, entire chicken pot pie, drink, and slice of house-made country lovin' pie at the end. How I miss you now that I've moved to the city. How I yearn for you when I'm not there! (Also, breakfast is amazing. Try the Lox Benedict and Breakfast Fajita. And, when its in season, go for the peach raspberry pie. Refreshing!)

warm and cozy place to gather friends and have brunch. Home made pies and tarts are delicious. Price is reasonable too. The diner-style menu is a bit boring but overall a pleasant experience. Always enjoyed warm hospitable service and we come out happy, snapping smiley pictures. Will go back again!

Best place in Litchfield County for breakfast! They also have marvlous homemade pies.

This restaurant has existed only because there is no other for nearly 10 miles. Its fare is diner level-- at BEST-- and the noisy, seldom dusted dining rooms (upstairs & down) are as though you're in someone's noisy country kitchen.
