We've been coming for years and the restaurant never fails to please. Slouchy. Kind of a mess. When you enter from the back parking lot, all that's missing are the garbage cans..... but that's part of the charm. Bring quarters for the meters in the parking lot. Meter Maids patrol all night. Food is wonderful. Servers are well meaning. The crowd looks right off the golf course. Haimisha......is that an Indian word?
This place has ok food but for the price its not worth it. there are a billion places just like it in the city that are half the price. the owner is a bit brash for my taste. I'd rather go to tamarind in manhattan for the prices i pay here. Bollywood Bistro in Pleasantville is a good westchester alternative but at either place a reservation for the weekend is imperative
went to the restaurant expecting good indian food. however the food was tasteless and pathetic. i dont believe it is close to being an indian food. the service is very poor. never again would i visit this restaurant or recommend any one.... worst restaurant ever
Consistenly good and dependable over the years. Worth a visit. Decor is a little tired.
Excellent food and service have been the hallmark for decades; always dependable and good if a little pricey
