Not lunch, The bulgoki was terrible and the fried rice was mushy. I will go back for dinner and make my own Barbcued Bulgoki. I liked the sushi,it was very good. The tamago was kind of too sweet for my taste.
DISSAPOINTING. I grew up believing Kang Suh was the best Asian restaurant, until now. We got duped into paying a $400 for dishes that were half their previous size and with less ingredients. The taste was not as stellar. Definitely not worth the money. Is the management different? The host that entertained for years was not there and the whole ambiance was just dull. Try Kalbi House White Plains, NY
Authenticity is key here. The BBQ is fun for out of town friends and dates. The side dishes are tasty and eclectic, but so is the entire menu. I keep going back and get more adventurous! Service was a little disappointing, but ok. It is pricy too.
Kang Suh's decor service is warm and inviting. As for the food, we've had better korean bbq. We ordered sushi, thinly sliced/minced beef bulgoki, short rib bulgoki, and kimchi fried rice. The only thing we were not disappointed by was the short rib bulgoki.
Terrific Korean BBQ, with amazing and delicious side dishes and first-rate sushi to boot. A real find.
