If you can find the place you are ahead of the class. Good food and terrific views - pricey. Can get snotty when the big money regular customers are there

We will never dine at Fresh Cream again, EVER! We visit Carmel regularly and Fresh Cream was referred to us several years ago. This was my mother in laws 92nd birthday. We made reservations three months in advance and requested window seating. No problem we were assured, see you in June. Arrived and no window seating available, busy accomodating a large party. The GM said oh sorry we said we'll our best. Excuses plenty, lousy people.

Not a lot of vegetarian options, but the soup is great.

Our favorite place in Monterey, excellent food in elegant setting with water view. A nice fixe price menu as well.
