We ate at Grasing's on a chilly Carmel evening when they could not heat their space adequately. They made no move to compensate by - say - offering complementary hot soup. In fact the service was unimaginative and the food was far from extraordinary. We will not return. There are many better options in Carmel. This establishment should close on chilly evenings unless it can heat its space to an adequate temperature.

We chose Grasing's as a backup after we were cancelled elsewhere. We were favorably impressed and enjoyed dinner so much that we returned for Brunch on Sunday. The freshest ingredients make Grasing's stand out. We will be back again.

Quite delicious food. Ample portions and friendly service. $41 prix fixe offered some nice selections. Huge wine list needs more bottles <$30, glad I brought my own...
