Outstanding and creative food - you need to go to San Francisco to find an equal.
A beautiful restaurant. Decor is breathtaking. Food is pretty good but sparse - even on the ala-carte menu. Pricey. Everyone is quite friendly except the waiters who seem to have an attitude and lack professionalism - definitely decreased the enjoyment of the evening. You would expect waiters at such establishment would be worthy and capable or providing a memorable pleasant experience. Would not serve an "common" lettuce house salad.
There really are not enough words to describe how WONDERFUL the meal we had at The Plumed Horse. The service was outstanding, every dish was creative and fresh, and the ambiance was beautiful. This restaurant is as good as any New York fancy restaurant without the stuffyness. Chef Peter was gracious and so amazing to watch. We will definately be coming back and bringing all our friends.
