Some things never change. The food at the Tonga Room is apparently one of those things. If you like expensive ingredients smothered in gloppy, sweet sauces, this is the place for you. My wife is attracted to the kitschy charm of this oh-so-faux polynesian spot. Lots of tourists and locals celebrating birthdays. I termed it "Chucky Cheese for grown-ups."

Fun throwback to Shanghai 1940s style supper club. Food is terrible and the worst tropical drinks this in this or any other hemisphere! The setting and entertainment are superb, though!
