Consistently good. Our meals were all prepared perfectly, and the prix fixe menus were even quite affordable. The artwork on display sets the decor on a higher plane than most restaurants.

Best restaurant in OC! Bistango has dining literally down to an art. Their service, food, and decor are exceptional. They have a comprehensive dinner menu and an exceptional wine list. Whether it is for tapas, a romantic dinner, entertaining clients, or just ordering desert and drinks, Bistango is the place. My favorite meal: sashimi martini, medallions of venison, a bottle of heitz trailside, and the chocolate souffle.
