Great food and they will tweak things t add that Latin flair.... Could use a bigger bar (but who couldn't in NYC) and the servers are hit or miss, nut we've found when your friendly w/them the service improves. Get the chicken wings, sauce is great and griling them makes them awesome. Best Mohito in town...

The la playa salad was good loved the dressing. Sea scallops could have been cooked better. Giving it a 4 out of 10. The Paella Valenciana was good, Cara loved the chorizo.The red margarita was good but disappointed with the plastic glasses. I expected better then this. I talked this place up. Get it together. The waiter made the night by remembering no shrimp in Cara's dish.
Serving a mixture of latin american foods I felt that they should have specialized more. The food and atmosphere were OK but nothing to make it stand out in your memory.
