Whoa!!! Get back to the restaurant Tom. A recent experience would have had Tom turning in his knives. In our party of 6 the food was all over the place - from burned to raw - from exquisite to inedible. Service was OK but broke down a bit amid all the very justifiable complaints - we did not suffer in silence and suffer we did. Not one of us had a meal without one glaring oops. Check was especially insulting given the ineptitude.

The food is so overpriced it is not worth it. The $132 cote de boeuf was not even good quality. The rock music was blaring and the restaurant was freezing. We requested the temperature be adjusted several times. We ate dinner in our jackets. Disappointing for the amonunt of $$

Craft has fallen WAY off. Main courses were absurdly cold. Salad dishes requested as the 2nd of 3 courses were brought at the same time as the entre. Service was amateurish and disruptive at best - long delays puntuated by two different servers making the exact same inquiries within 2 minutes of each other. Wine was poured initially without even a feeble attempt to repour thereafter. Plates/glasses snatched from table at the wrong times. .

Food is excellant, as well as the service. The "famiily style" menu concept withput big portions leaves you a bit hungry, The $24 per glass house cabernet is a rip off. So big bill, great food and left hungry. not a great value when it all adds up.
