Kept us waiting for 30 mins but it was worth the wait. We had an excellent experience, the ambiance was relaxing and the staff attentive. Each course was a feast for the eyes and perfectly delicious. It was all in the details. Upon leaving we were handed a gift to take home from the bakery, what lovely gesture. Worth the expense and will be returning.

This was a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and attentive, the room is absolutely beautiful, and the food outstanding. I'd put Bouley in the Top 5 of all NYC restaurants without hestiation

Despite having a reservation, we--along with a small crowd of unhappy patrons--were kept waiting for over 30 minutes. The food was good, the service competent, but upon our leaving, we passed through an even larger crowd of unhappy, waiting patrons. The restaurant certainly needs to do some work on their scheduling. Last of all, they lost our umbrella (and another woman was wailing about her lost coat.) Not a great experience overall.

The decor is quite astonishing...almost a little too much. The surroundings compliment the food..not be the main event!
