Fiamma far, far exceeds the scores it has received here and elsewhere. We just came back from, quite easily, the best Italian meal we have had in NYC, taking Babbo, Scalini Fedeli, Convivio, Scarpetta, etc. into account. Complex, original, yet perfectly balanced and "empathetic" to the palate, Fiamma's extraordinary cuisine is coupled with flawless service. An exceptional experience.

The current scores do not accurately describe Fiamma. Fabio consistently delivers the finest non-classical Italian in the city. He uses the freshest ingredients to deliver superb innovative creations. Washington's loss of Trabocchi is NYC gain. Do not miss this amazing experience.

l have not found a comparable expierience in NYC....Exceptional ambiance, Service much better than Per Se & Jean-George, Excellent food presentation & Top Chef-Food !!! This place definitely flies just enough under the radar that you can still enjoy yourself, not wait forever for a seat & actually hear the conversation at your table. A true class act

WOW! is all I could say after our experience at Fiamma. Loved the prix fixe style, food was exquisite and service about as good as it gets. Def rec the wine pairings, all selections were right on!! Def a culinary "adventure and experience" worth the price!
