I was unsure about having dinner at a hotel even at the Ritz C but was very pleasantly surprised. Prices high but large portions. Share the salads. Service was excellent. Food was very good. $65 tax and gartuity inlcuding equivalent of three drinks.

My steak was encrusted with a thick, black serving of indifference. They don't really have their act together. The food is good - not great, but definitely good - but they need to work on the service and attention to the food. Don't just throw a bunch of stuff on a plate and call it a meal. Have some patience, make some effort, take some time. This place has potential, but also needs some motivation.

Sad excuse for a ritz experience. (small R intended) Celebrating a family event. Three courses took three hours. Half hour for salads to arrive and ninety minutes for the mains. Mixed reviews around the table (9 of us) Tough steaks. Good fish. Sides missing. Dinning Room 70% empty. Won't be back.
