Good, loud and sloppy. Don't wear good clothes, because there is no neat way to eat the delicious ribs and chicken.

They've been serving excellent 'Q forever, so they must be doing it right. Like most joints, they are much better with spareribs than with back ribs. They've done away with the long communal picnic benches, so now diners sit at their own tables.
